Partner acrobatics is all about pairing your own strengths and skills with others to take each other to new heights! It's a practice of trust, communication, patience, and focus. 

In this workshop, we’ll begin with L-Basing. We will teach on how to safely practice bigger and more impressive skills through proper condition and technical spotting. From there, we’ll explore the heights and thrills of standing acrobatics, emphasizing the strength and balance necessary to create beautiful shapes and movement with one another.

Whether you are a seasoned acro yogi wanting some fresh Inspo; or someone looking to try this for the first time, this is the class for you! All levels welcome!
