Personal Empowerment Spotlight!

"Personal empowerment to me is doing what you love and helping others discover the same. It’s an interactive process which requires persistence; and practicing aerial arts has proven to help people of all ages overcome fears and boost self-esteem. It calms the mind, strengthens the body, and is graceful. Aerial athletics is a full body workout with many health benefits."
